The stay at Days Inn in Wilson had its bright spots and shortcomings. The room I booked, a King Room Non-Smoking, was spacious. I appreciated the clean bathroom and the friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth, and that was a positive start. Unfortunately, the kitchen amenities left much to be desired. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the towels felt worn out. The room's decor could use a refresh, and the bed, while comfortable, wasn't as firm as I like. I also noticed the lack of maintenance in some areas, which was a bit disappointing. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient for my trip.
