The room I booked, a King Room Non-Smoking, was spacious. I appreciated the clean bathroom and the friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth, and that was a positive start. Unfortunately, the kitchen amenities left much to be desired. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the towels felt worn out. The room's decor could use a refresh, and the bed, while comfortable, wasn't as firm as I like. I also noticed the lack of maintenance in some areas, a bit disappointing. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions.

I like where the hotel is located. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The bathrooms are really old and need done updating. They need to be painted and maybe have Some new grout around the tub area.

Everything is great here, had a comfortable stay for the price. It has both pleasant and accommodating staff. The location is convenient, 5 minutes' walk to Parkwood Mall. Also, it is just off Wilson as well as stores and BBQ.
